In light of recent events with our blogger pal, Jenny at MFAMB, my husband has announced he would like to try out for HG TV's Design Star. He's currently asking me, from the couch, about the qualifications and street cred needed to try out. (Quick backstory, because I tried to involve him in design and decor decisions, he now accredits himself for the layout and design of our home...)

Apparently, we're spending the day working on his design portfolio.

We'll be busy this morning, dodging the electrician crew who will be busy updating some inside lighting in the foyer and kitchen and adding flood lights and an outdoor sconce (before and afters to come next!). GOOD LUCK JENNY!! We'd love to watch you on the next Design Star.
